Accompanied by a GIA Pearl Identification Report no. 5232428874 stating this is a, “Button, Light Cream, Orient, Natural Pearl, Saltwater, Pinctada, One (1) partially drilled pearl in a white metal ring set with six transparent near-colorless old mine brilliants and round single cuts.
