Terms and Conditions
The Site
The Site provides an online marketplace for appropriately qualified sellers (“Seller”) to offer to sell goods (“Items”) to prospective purchasers. In the event of a sale of any Item, the sale is made directly between the Buyer and the Seller, and is governed by this User Agreement and the Conditions of Sale.
Role of Niveza
- The role of Niveza is expressly limited to making the Site available and maintaining the Site for Sellers, Buyers, and Users. Niveza is an intermediary and not an agent or fiduciary for any Seller, Buyer or User for any purpose. Niveza is not responsible for the actual sale of any Item and does not control the information provided by Sellers, Buyers, or Users, nor their acts or omissions.
- Niveza may, but is not obligated to, provide intermediary services between the Buyer and Seller in connection with customer service or dispute resolution matters. In the event Niveza elects in its sole discretion to provide intermediary services, then the decision of Niveza is final and binding on all parties.
To use the Niveza platform, users must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country
- Be the rightful owner of any item being sold
- Not use our website to sell items that do not belong to you
By registering on the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
When creating an account on Niveza, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account details
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
For Buyers
Buyers are responsible for:
- Understanding the description and condition of items before purchase
- Determining the value, condition, and authenticity of Items
- Paying the total purchase price, including GST and shipping costs
- Import/export duties (for buyers outside India)
For Sellers
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate descriptions and images of items
- List items at competitive prices
- Pack items securely for transit
- Coordinate with Niveza for shipment arrangements
Making an Offer
- Buyers can make an offer or purchase directly at the listed price
- Total Purchase Price includes: item price, shipping fees, and applicable GST
- Offers cannot be canceled once confirmed unless shipping fees were unknown
Counter-Offers
- Sellers may accept, decline, or make counter-offers
- Counter-offers are binding if accepted by the buyer
- Time limits may apply to offers
- Buyers must pay 100% of the Total Purchase Price upon order confirmation
- Niveza holds funds until item delivery and 24-hour return window expires
- Sellers pay a 10% commission fee on completed sales
- All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
Users are prohibited from:
- Selling counterfeit items
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions
- Trading outside the platform
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Contacting other users to make offers outside the site
All content on the Niveza platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not:
- Copy or distribute platform content
- Use platform content without permission
- Modify or repurpose platform materials
