Returns & Refund Policy

At Niveza, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of the items listed on our platform. Due to the unique and valuable nature of our collectibles, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review item descriptions and images before making a purchase.

Returns are only considered in the following circumstances:
• The item received does not match the images or description provided in the listing
• A return request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item
• The item remains in its original condition, unaltered and undamaged
• All original packaging and documentation are intact

The final decision to accept returns rests with the seller and Niveza’s review team.

Step 1: Contact Support
Contact our support team at support@niveza.co.in within 24 hours of receiving your item. Include:
• Your order number
• Detailed reason for return
• High-resolution images of the received item

Step 2: Return Authorization
If your return request is approved, you’ll receive:
• A Return Authorization (RA) number
• Detailed return shipping instructions
• Packaging guidelines

Step 3: Item Return
• Package the item securely with all original documentation
• Include the RA number with your return
• Ship using the provided instructions

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

The following items cannot be returned:
• Items damaged by the buyer
• Customized or altered items
• Items without original documentation
• Items that were accurately described and photographed in the listing
